Nashua Telegraph Runs Story Quoting Me On Listing Language

A writer for Bankrate.com interviewed me one or two months ago for an article he had been working on regarding real estate language.

In particular, the subject was stuff seller's agents will say about their listings to try to catch the interest of home buying consumers. Hint: They are often not true.

These phrases were collected from our nationwide organization (naeba.org) and the are completely real.

Here is what you want to think about:

If a real estate agent regularly directs words like these to buyers, why would you ever want somebody like at being your buyer's agent or designated buyer's agent?

Constantly exagerating and pushing properties is not something you want to deal with when you are making a serious decision about buying a home. You want trusted, rational advice.

Just a thought to mull over as you look for for Saline real estate.

Here is the article.

I thought this was especially interesting since I lived in Nashua as a small child before I moved to this area.
